No you can’t. I just called and asked for it to be turned off completely and was told it is impossible. It’s aggravating to get conflicting information. Obviously either the CS Team member who wrote the previous post, or the employee I just spoke to on the phone, doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
I have checked your account and I can confirm that the voicemail on your account can be disabled. But again, this might just get automatically enabled from time to time so you may have to contact us again to get it done. Again I apologize for the confusion and the delay in response. By default, the voicemail is enabled for all extension users. You can disable the Voicemail function if the user doesn't need it.
