To get in touch with your friends, you had to call their home phone and if they weren't there, leave a message. Voicemails were ubiquitous, and we didn't think twice about leaving them. Now, texting is so common that most of us never leave voicemails, let alone set up our own. But it's worthwhile to have a voicemail on your iPhone. For one, if you miss a call from a potential employer, it'll sound more professional than whatever the default robot-voice message is. It's also good to have in the event that someone important, like your doctor, boss, or lawyer, calls. Luckily, setting up your voicemail on an iPhone is incredibly simple. Here's how to do it. How to set up voicemail on your iPhone 1. Open the Phone app on your iPhone. It's green with an image of a phone, and it's located in the dock at the bottom of your Home Screen by default. 2. By default beginning April 2017, voicemail transcription is available for all Phone System in Microsoft 365 users. When you receive a voicemail, the message will be transcribed in the body of the voicemail email you receive in your mailbox. If you do not want to have transcription for your messages, ask your admin to disable it for you.

For some reason, it occurred to me to check the voicemail greeting, and I was surprised to hear an old voicemail message there. I assumed that this wouldn't be a problem, and I went to the Fi app to change the voicemail greeting. Problem 1: you can't change the voicemail greeting in the iOS version of the app. Fine. I know iOS has a few hiccups
