I assumed that this wouldn't be a problem, and I went to the Fi app to change the voicemail greeting. Problem 1: you can't change the voicemail greeting in the iOS version of the app. Fine. I know iOS has a few hiccups
To record greeting, it is mandatory to have a strong internet connection. Alongside, even if the network connection is perfect, then switch to Wi-Fi to Cellular data or vice versa.
