4 hours agoVoicemail is an audio or voice message that’s recorded when you’re busy with another call or when a phone call goes unanswered, for you to listen to later. It’s different from the age old answering machines in that instead of storing the message on the device, it stores it in a mailbox on your service provider’s server, the same way an email message is stored.

If you can't set up Visual Voicemail, contact your carrier to make sure that your plan supports the feature.
Dial your mobile, wait for it to go to answer phone and hit the star key, a prompt will ask you to enter your pin code that you set up previously, followed by the hash (#) key. So if you have no credit to access voicemail to set up a pin your kinda stumped.
turning off wi-fi didn't do it... So I deleted voicemails, then I cleared all. I still could not record a new greeting, so I turned the phone off, then on again, and that worked--I still had wi-fi on. Note: a desk phones' voicemail greeting can only be recorded via phone, there is no way to upload or download a greeting through the online panel.
