Enter a name for the new greeting and then tap Save. Change your greeting. To use a different greeting that you've already recorded or switch back to the default greeting: On your Android device, open the Google Voice app . At the top left, tap Menu Settings. In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting.
So make sure you connect with them to make sure you have it. Press 4 to go to the Personal Options menu. Press 3 to go to the Greetings menu. Press 1 for Personal Greetings. You then have the following options: Press 1 to set the standard greeting with your Xfinity Voice number. Press 2 to set up your standard greeting with your name. Press 3 to record a new personal greeting.
