Also I have changed carriers upon getting the new phone to Cricket from AT&T. Worked! I had to do all of the above, delete saved voice mails, AND turn off wifi, on cellular, and rebooted phone. Took all three but saved me a trip to Apple Store and it is freezing out so thank you all!
