I’m getting a warning that voicemail doesn’t work for non-tmobile users roaming on the tmobile network. What am I missing?
I have tried all of the suggestions above and still can't save a custom voicemail greeting. seems like such a simple task, I can't believe Apple hasn't fixed this bug. Any other suggestions? =) Dec 18, 2015 10:40 AM User profile for user: AmishCake AmishCake User level: Level 6 (9,632 points) Apr 16, 2014 5:34 AM in response to phord In response to phord
To set up your voicemail, press #55 or *68 from your home phone or call the retrieval number you received with your welcome letter. Voice prompts will guide you through the rest of the steps.
In the event that you are requested, enter your voicemail password and then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your voicemail.

To activate Visual Voicemail, dial 1217 from your iPhone and a recorded message will confirm it has been switched on. When a message is left in your voicemail mailbox, you'll see a notification against the ‘Phone’ widget on your iPhone. When you activate Visual Voicemail, your current personal greeting will carry over.

4. Setting Up a T-Mobile Voicemail: Open your iPhone's Phone app. It's the white phone icon on a green background on the Home screen. Tap "Keypad". It's one of the options at the bottom of the screen.
That’s it. You have deleted the old Voicemail greeting on your Android device and stored the new one. Congratulations!
6. Alternatively, from the list of messages, press and hold the voicemail then select “Delete,” then confirm the deletion.
In this part we will talk about how to change the voicemail number on your iPhone. Let's look at the details.
