At the bottom, tap Voicemail on the menu bar. You will see a menu bar appear at the bottom of your screen. Tap Voicemail in the bottom right corner. 3. Tap Greeting in the top left
If you no longer wish to use the Voicemail service on your phone, then you can quickly get relief from that. There are different ways to disable the Voicemail on the Android device. Let’s check them below:

These steps are for all Devices including Windows, if voicemail is less than 30 days old. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account. Click My Phone or Line Details > Check Voicemail. Log into your Digits account. Click on the message to download. In the expanded menu, click Download.
I have tried every suggestion & I still cannot change my greeting. It is like the greeting page is frozen! Any further suggestions appreciated.

If you’ve already created a custom voicemail on your iPhone, you can tap Play to see how your voicemail sounds. If you’re interested in creating a new message, tap the Custom button. From here, you can start recording your message by tapping Record and tapping Stop whenever you’re finished. Once you’re finished recording, tap on Play to make sure the message comes across as you’d like and hit Save (in the upper right) to save it as your voicemail.
