If you are using a IP 400 series desk phone, press the Voicemail function key. If you are using a Cisco 7900 series desk phone, press the "Messages" button (envelope icon). If you are calling from a phone other than your own desk phone, dial your own phone number and press the * key when you hear the voicemail greeting.

Set up call forwarding To start forwarding your calls, click your profile picture at the top of Teams, then select Settings > Calls. Under Call answering rules, choose Forward my calls, and then select where you want your forwarded calls to go: voicemail, another person, or a call group.

Verizon only: Unfortunately, if you have set up the voicemail successfully but still unable to change the greetings of Voicemail from the Voicemail tab, then dial *86 and select option 4 to make a change. Step #1: Launch the âPhoneâ app on your iPhone. Step #2: Tap âVoicemailâ. Step #3: Select âGreetingâ on the upper-left corner of the screen.
