You can skip the greeting by pressing the * key. When you’re prompted, enter your password. And finally, just follow the menu prompts to check your messages. Tried all of these suggestions. Still can't get voicemail to record greeting. Says it is on custom greeting, won't allow me to play. Won't allow me to switch to default. Suggestions?
