By default beginning April 2017, voicemail transcription is available for all Phone System in Microsoft 365 users. When you receive a voicemail, the message will be transcribed in the body of the voicemail email you receive in your mailbox. Listen to and manage your U-verse Voicemail messages by phone or online. Dial *98 from your U-verse home phone, dial your home phone number from another phone, or access your voicemail messages online from the Voicemail Settings tab. Press the * key when you hear your greeting. Enter your PIN. Press 4 and follow the prompts.
You will be asked to delete your current Voicemail greeting. Click on the ‘Yes’ button that appears on the screen if you want to remove that.
