To change or record a new AT&T Visual Voicemail Greeting: tap Phone > Voicemail. If you have iPhone, select Greeting. For all other smartphones, tap Settings > Change voicemail greeting. This did not fix my problem, and this happens whenever I am at work and get a voicemail. IT won’t download to my phone at work, but I can’t get it to download later either. Never mind, I will just call them back.
