Yea, same issue with me on Att network.. Frozen screen on voicemail settings. I was not even able to call myself to change the voicemail. I had to reset voicemail password over myatt app. And after that I was able to acess my voicemail over the phone. Still I cant change voicemail over the phone. Hope this will help you reset your voicemail.

So as you could see on top is buffering. So I got to wait a minute and then once that's done, I'm going to press custom here. So now when it says to set your outgoing message, I'm going to choose custom here and I could basically press record. I don't have one yet. So if I did, it would allow me to play it and listen to it.

The greeting section does not work. Call your own number and listen to the automated voice tell you whether you have messages or not. Then wait for further instructions. It will tell you to press four for personal options and then you press three to change or listen to your previous greeting.
