As with most technology and applications, experiencing glitches at times is normal. We may not be able to pinpoint the cause of why you are not able to delete your voicemail messages, but here are three things you could try via your Android phone to solve the problem:

3. Enter your voicemail password, if you have one. If you don’t know what it is, try entering your phone number or contacting your carrier for assistance.
Step 1 Open the app on your phone. Go into your iPhone dialer and access the voicemail features. Step 2 Change the default settings. On the keypad, type "*5005*86*0123456789#" – NOTE: "0123456789" is the number to which you want your voicemails to be sent to. Step 3 Save the new settings.
When I go to set up voice mail, it asks me to enter a voicemail code, add a 4 digit number and then it asks to confirm that code, I hit done and it tells me that voicemail is currently unavailable, try later.
