When I go into the greeting page the page is is not working , touching play / record does nothing. Can’t change anything.

I put in a 7-15 digit password and click Done, but I get the message “Voicemail Error” try again later everytime. Help.

To save voicemails on most Android phones: Open your Voicemail app. Tap, or tap and hold the message you want to save. In the menu that appears, tap the one that says “save”, “export” or “archive.”
For those who prefer not to use the Phone app, you can set up voicemail by selecting and holding the 1 button on your keyboard.
Call your iPhone from another phone and try to leave yourself a voicemail. Go to the keypad and press and hold the number 1, or press the Call Voicemail button. This dials voicemail. Check if you have any missed messages. On the Voicemail screen, tap Greeting. Then change your greeting to either custom or default.
To set up your voicemail, press *98, *68, or #55 (varies by location) from your home phone or call the retrieval number you received with your welcome letter. Voice prompts will guide you through the rest of the steps.
