If you have a voicemail service set up to cover the times when you’re not able to take phone calls, you may need to know how to delete the voicemail messages.
You can call your voicemail service to check your messages. Open the Phone app . At the bottom, tap Dialpad . Touch and hold 1.

Yea, same issue with me on Att network.. Frozen screen on voicemail settings. I was not even able to call myself to change the voicemail. I had to reset voicemail password over myatt app. And after that I was able to acess my voicemail over the phone. Still I cant change voicemail over the phone.
