9 hours agoHow to Change the Outgoing Voicemail Message on IPhone (iOS 9 or later) Tap the phone icon (the same one you use to make a call). Tap the voicemail icon in the lower right of the screen (it’s the one that looks like an old-fashioned cassette tape).

It’s different from the age old answering machines in that instead of storing the message on the device, it stores it in a mailbox on your service provider’s server, the same way an email message is stored.
The first time you tap Voicemail, you’re asked to create a voicemail password and record your voicemail greeting.
Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX integrates a free voicemail system. Voicemail is a modern kind of answering machine that allows the callers to leave audio messages in case of unavailability.
From the Android Mobile App: Click the More button at the top left of the mobile app. Select Voicemail. Click Folder with Music Icon located at the top of the mobile app. Click the Record button, give the recording a title, and click OK. The system will call your extension. Answer the call and follow the prompts to record your new greeting.
Another worth considering trick is to remove all the old voicemails that are consuming the storage and creating multiple dilemmas like this. To delete the voicemail here are the steps, Open the Phone app. Tap on Voicemail at the bottom tab. Then tap on Edit at the top-right screen. Select All the Voicemails and at last tap Delete.

I had installed WhoApp yesterday to see how I might like it, and decided to uninstall it. WhoApp uses its own VoiceMail, so when I uninstalled it and couldn't change my greeting, I was ready to blame WhoApp! Thankfully, this thread gave me the correct solution. I just deleted all of my old voicemail messages and everything works now!
Accessing voicemail on an Android phone can be achieved by hitting and holding down the 1 key on the number pad until the system dials your 10-digit phone number, as seen in the screenshot.
We are not offering visual voicemail feature at the moment. Its on our development road-map and will be available in the future.
6. Return to the dialer and enter the number from Step 6 (along with the *) once more.
You can record a personal greeting, or you can use one of the pre-recorded CenturyLink greetings. Follow the system prompts to select your greeting:
Before we dive into the troubleshooting steps, make sure that you have Visual Voicemail set up on your iPhone. Open the Phone app on your iPhone and tap Voicemail in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. If you see “To retrieve a voicemail first set a password and greeting” on the screen as well as a button that says Set Up Now, then Visual Voicemail has not been set up on your iPhone.
By default, the voicemail is enabled for all extension users. You can disable the Voicemail function if the user doesn't need it.
