1 hours agoWith an iPhone 6s, you're using Visual Voicemail. You will need to tap the phone icon>Voicemail>Greeting>Select Default to choose no personal greeting. If my response answered your question please click the Correct Answer button under my response. This ensures others can benefit from our conversation.
Step 7: Touch the Play button to hear the recording. If you are happy with it, you can touch the Save button at the top-right of the screen. Otherwise you can hit the Record button to record a new message.

You can change your voicemail password by calling (800)-331-0500 from your iPhone. You’ll reach AT&T’s automated customer service menu which will ask for your phone number and billing zip code. A few seconds later, the message “Password Incorrect – Enter Voicemail Password” will appear on the display of your iPhone.
