Thanks for the explanation. It does indeed sound like there’s no convenient solution till your whole system gets revamped. To briefly explain *why* I don’t want your voicemail enabled: I use my USMobile number as a forwarding line for Google Voice. Google Voice’s voicemail is frankly superior to yours so I want to use it exclusively. When your voicemail kicks in it interferes with Google Voice’s operation, causing me frustration and a real mess. I’ll give some thought to whether I want to be bothered with going through a quarterly exercise of calling and re-disabling your voicemail.

I had installed WhoApp yesterday to see how I might like it, and decided to uninstall it. WhoApp uses its own VoiceMail, so when I uninstalled it and couldn't change my greeting, I was ready to blame WhoApp! Thankfully, this thread gave me the correct solution. I am sorry for the delay in response, best bet would be to contact us by dialing 611 from your US Mobile number, or by initiating chat with us from bottom right of this page so we can try and resolve this in a live environment. I’m trying to set up my voicemail box, but when I get to the menu the only options are to access an existing mailbox (I tried putting my number in under that option, but it says it’s invalid) or to leave a message for another number.
