You can either press and hold 1 key or dial 805-637-7243 to access your voicemail.
Step 3. Record a greeting by tapping “Custom”. Make sure that it’s enabled, see if the checkmark is there.
1. Tap the fixed key with the envelope graphic, or dial the phone’s phone number.
Step 4. You will be shown a list of voicemails you can use. Choose one by tapping the down arrow, and then tap “Set as active.”
You will be automatically connected to your mailbox and required to enter your temporary password, which is the last four digits of your phone number followed by the # key; this password is case-sensitive.
To change or record a new AT&T Visual Voicemail Greeting: tap Phone > Voicemail. If you have iPhone, select Greeting. For all other smartphones, tap Settings > Change voicemail greeting. Select Custom > Record. When you're finished recording your greeting, select Stop > Save. Some smartphones may call the voicemail system when you select Change
