For some reason, it occurred to me to check the voicemail greeting, and I was surprised to hear an old voicemail message there. I assumed that this wouldn't be a problem, and I went to the Fi app to change the voicemail greeting. Problem 1: you can't change the voicemail greeting in the iOS version of the app. Fine. To activate Visual Voicemail, dial 1217 from your iPhone and a recorded message will confirm it has been switched on. This is an Apple bug that has been there for YEARS, and they STILL refuse to address it!!!
