Tried all of these suggestions. Still can't get voicemail to record greeting. Says it is on custom greeting, won't allow me to play. Won't allow me to switch to default. Suggestions? I just tried to set up voice mail and I got a message saying it was not available for users roaming on T-Mobile’s network! Please get this fixed! Something as basic as this should not be an issue. It almost makes want to consider another carrier.
This did not fix my problem, and this happens whenever I am at work and get a voicemail. IT won’t download to my phone at work, but I can’t get it to download later either. Never mind, I will just call them back.
