How do I change my voicemail message from another location? Altering your Voice Mail Password, your Voice Mail Greeting, or your Voice Mail Call from a remote phone: Dial your Voice Mail Gain Access To Number. Enter your 10 digit telephone number. Android phones can access voicemail by holding down the 1 key on the dial pad until the phone dials your 10-digit phone number.
